- Cadbury College has a deserved reputation for the quality of its Careers Guidance. Inspectors have consistently praised our work in this area. Students receive excellent advice and support from the very first time they meet us to the time they leave.
- Every student is entitled to a one-to-one interview with careers staff and a programme of advice and information throughout their course of study. In addition Careers Personal Advisors (PAs) from Connexions are also available throughout the year.
- The college is proud of the fact that over the last three years more than 1200 students have left Cadbury and moved on to university and many others have taken up jobs in careers such as Accountancy, Management and Engineering
- Our Higher Education programme is well established and aims to provide a step-by-step guide through the application procedure. All applications to university are made via the Internet using the APPLY Application System.
- The College has close links with local universities and is actively involved with the Widening Participation Scheme. Parents are invited to attend information evenings, which address all the academic and practical issues such as student finance.
- The college recognises that an equally valid route is to seek employment in a suitable career and offers all students the opportunity to undertake work experience as well as a one-to-one interview to discuss the options available.
- When the examination results are known, students benefit from our unrivalled post-examination results service, which helps them to achieve their goals.
