Once you have submitted your application to study at Cadbury College, you will be invited to attend your admissions interview. You will receive a letter in the post, which will detail the date and time of your interview.
You will have the option during your application to select your own interview date, however, if you cannot attend your interview for any reason, don't panic. Just contact Admissions and let them know you won't be able to make it. We will then re-arrange your interview slot, and send you another letter in the post confirming your new date and time.
What happens at the interview?
At your interview, you will meet with a member of our staff who will have a copy of your application. They will discuss your subject choices and future plans with you. They will also go through your latest school report, details of your predicted GCSE grades and any "Records of Achievement" that you may have. To ensure that your interview goes well and to maximise your chances of securing a place at Cadbury College, please remember to bring all this information with you on the day. The interview will last about 20 minutes.
What happens next?
Shortly after your interview, you will receive a letter in the post confirming your offer of a place. You will need to accept your place on our website. Later in the year (May/June), you will be invited to attend an Introduction Day at the college, which is a great opportunity to meet other people on your courses, see the college in action and prepare yourself for the upcoming September. Over the summer holiday (July/August) you will receive a letter in the post detailing your enrolment appointment date and time, as well as information about our Fresher's Fair and Induction Period.
As an applicant to Cadbury College, you will also be automatically signed up to our monthly newsletter to keep up with everything going on at college, however you are able to unsubscribe from this at any point.
