Sabrina Naeem was formerly a pupil at Selly Park Technology College and studied Spanish, Maths and Chemistry. She went on to study Chemical Engineering at Aston University.

Cadbury College Governance

  • The Governing Body (Corporation) of Cadbury Sixth Form College operates within the legislative framework of the Further and Higher Education Act and the Education (Government of Further Education Colleges) Regulations 1992. It also has requirements placed on it by the Department for Education and the Young People’s Learning Agency.
  • The Corporation, of up to 20 members, determines its membership within the constraints set out in its Instrument and Articles of Government. These include business, community, staff and student governors. Several of the external governors are or have been parents of Cadbury students.
  • The Corporation has final responsibility for and oversight of all of the college's activities, as laid out in the Articles. These include:

    • determining the college's educational character and mission;
    • approving the college's quality strategy;
    • ensuring the college's solvency by monitoring its effective and efficient use of resources and the security of its assets;
    • approving annual estimates of income and expenditure;
    • appointing holders of senior posts and setting their pay and conditions of service;
    • setting a framework for the pay and conditions of service of all other staff.
