Here at Cadbury College we recognise that students are here to gain qualifications that will ultimately lead them onto bigger and better things beyond their time with us. As a college we are committed to providing all our students with tailored individual support and guidance to help our young learners realise their aspirations for the future.
At the college we have a dedicated student progression department who work exclusively to provide learners with expert guidance on everything from work experience to University, Apprenticeship and job applications. Working in close liaison with our team of Personal Tutors, students receive individualised guidance to develop their own unique pathway beyond Cadbury. This is conducted through a combination of groups tutorials, internal and external events and specific one to one meetings. Cadbury learners participate in a range of events throughout the year including Higher Education & Career/Employer Fairs, University talks and visits and one to one specialist Impartial Advice & Guidance meetings with external agencies.
