Cadbury Sixth Form College is delighted to welcome its new principal Julia Stevens.
Julia joins Cadbury having worked at a number of local colleges, and brings with her a wealth of experience of working with students pursuing sixth form studies.
Julia, who has previously taught A-level Computing, is passionate about supporting young people in achieving their aspirations.
The new principal said of her appointment: “I am delighted to have been chosen to lead Cadbury Sixth Form College on the next stage of its development. I want to work with students and staff to make sure that the college supports students to achieve their full potential and aspirations. We have some exciting developments planned and want to play a key role in our local community by working with local schools, and in partnership with Birmingham City Council and employers to ensure young people get the best possible start in life after school.”
Graham Pennington, Chief Executive of SWB Education, of which Cadbury Sixth Form College is a member, said: “I am delighted with Julia's appointment. She brings a wealth of experience of working with young people and a real passion for education. I am sure that she will lead the college to further success and ensure Cadbury students get the best possible education.”
