On Friday 13th January 2017, Cadbury's group of BTEC L2 First Award Performing Arts students took to the stage to perform the powerful script which explored the issues surrounding antisocial behaviour.
A complex and well crafted piece of theatre, combining comedy as a perfect counterfoil to its serious elements, with moments of frivolity adding real poignancy to the final outcome. Following a group of teenager 'hoodies', the play wa as entertaining as it was insightful and challenging. The true-to-life script employed a mixture of naturalism that pulled no punches, stylised movement that moved the action along and mixed media that added another dimension.
Following the original production success, Cadbury College chose to re-enact the play by Jonny Carrington and Danny Sturrock, which has already been a stand out hit at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and award winner at numerous drama festivals.
