Further Admissions Information:

- Applications for entry September 2011 will close in March 2011 and we strongly recommend that you get your application in as soon as possible.
- All AS students follow an enrichment programme that consists of Key Skills and General Studies or Critical Thinking.
- Once you have accepted a place, your place is secure and we are committed to you. You make your final choice of subjects in September when you have your GCSE results.
- You choose your second year subjects when you have your first year AS results. You do not choose these until August at the end of your first year.
- College is free. All basic materials - books, handouts - are supplied. A £25 refunded deposit is collected.
- There are no enrolment or tuition fees and we have access funds to help students who need extra financial help.
- The college is part of the Birmingham EMA (Educational Maintenance Allowances) scheme. If your family income is £30,000 or less, you are entitled to a weekly allowance with termly bonuses for good attendance, and an end-of-year bonus for obtaining your qualifications. This is obviously subject to satisfactory attendance and doing the work which forms a part of your courses.
- We take students from over 90 schools in Birmingham and the surrounding area.
